Grade beam is finished
We finished the last grade beam yesterday. I’ll give it a couple days, then finish laying the landscape cloth and gravel. I’ve still got to pick up plumbing parts . . .

Mostly dry . . .
Today Walter and Wad got the sheathing on the second half of the barn roof. Tomorrow they’ll get the tar paper and metal on. That leaves the trim and ridge cap for a future day.

South wall foundation
The foundation is in for the south wall of the sun porch. It went quickly, with the minimum of discourse. When it comes time to get the foundation in for the house, I think we’re going to be golden.
